This policy explains what information Northport Marinas ("Northport", "we") collects through northportmarinas.com and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we use it to reply to you.

When you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any tool that follows you across other websites.
How we use it
We use your information to read and respond to your inquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
A small number of service providers handle data on our behalf so the website can work:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions before they are passed to us. Like any web host, it also processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Our email provider stores messages sent to info@northportmarinas.com.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Email info@northportmarinas.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
